Stress & Anxiety Workshops For Education
Workshops for Lecturers & Staff
The role of those involved in education has become very stressful, and burn out is now common in both Schools, Colleges and Universities.
The Solution is a workshop that shows attendees how their minds really work, how their anxiety is triggered, and empowers them with easy to use effective solutions, that can be used anywhere and anytime, even at home with the family.
Our Stress and Anxiety workshops have already proved very successful in Schools, Colleges and Universities at reducing absenteeism and getting individuals (particularly those with long term stress issues) back to work. The workshops are delivered as a half day session, either at your premises (as a closed course) or in a local training room (as part of an open course).
These workshops enable your staff to reduce Anxiety, Stress and Depression, and therefore absenteeism. Staff morale is greatly increased and the general atmosphere and attitudes in schools are vastly improved, thus reducing stress even further.
Our workshops are tailored to help all levels of staff, from the Headmaster or Dean down to the teaching assistants, helping them to manage their Mental Health and Wellbeing. This increases staff retention and motivation, cutting the cost of hiring in replacement staff due to Mental Health Issues.

Workshops for Students
Students also suffer from high levels of stress and worry, whether that is from the amount work they have to do, to exam stress or bullying.
Astute teachers often spot the signs first. Assignments either not done or handed in late, mood swings, depression, anger issues, bullying or being bullied. In extreme cases even suicidal ideation can surface.
If a student is to emerge from their time at school, college or university with a good education, the state of their Mental Health needs to be addressed.
We have specially designed workshops for children from 5 years of age right up to 18 years old. Covering Nursery Schools, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, and Further Education.
Anxiety Workshops and Games for Young Carers
Our interactive and proven educational workshops and resources also help young carers and raise awareness of bullying:
The I Care…Do You? interactive board game raises awareness of the daily challenges that young carers face.
Based on a simple, easy to understand board game players are asked to choose the role of a young carer or young person, each roll of the dice is designed to demonstrate the everyday issues young carers face while caring for a family member or loved one on top dealing with their school, home and social life.
This can be run for you as a workshop or with some simple training can be delivered by school staff.
Let’s talk about bullying…
Bullying is rife and talking about it can easily be a difficult subject, so we wanted to find a way to start the discussion and highlight the reasons why some children and young people bully others or become the targets of bullies.
It is easy to focus on the bullies targets, but without considering why the aggressors act as they do it is not so easy to reduce the bullying, so we need to look at bullying in all its aspects in order to make a difference.
Once again this workshop is based on a simple. easy to understand board game, and with some simple training can be delivered by school staff.
