The problem with anxiety
Far too many people put up with anxiety, for far too long, usually until the anxiety becomes such a huge issue for them that something just has to be done about it. Ironically, feeling anxious can stop you from making that decision to act.
Going to an anxiety support group or meeting is often out of the question for many people. And while online resources are a great source of information about anxiety, giving the sufferer hints and tips on recovery techniques etc, they rarely work because most people don't actually use the information or stick at it long enough to get a good result.
